The hostess, Alejandra, helped us a lot when our car broke down on the way to Melipeuco. She found a tow truck and a local mechanic to fix our car. Even though we ended up arriving around midnight, Alejandra greeted us and showed around. And the views from the cabin are incredible, the attached photo is taken from the terrace.

Good location close to the national park entrance (but you kind of need a car to get there). Quiet and comfortable. The host was really nice, she always had a fire going when we came back from our day tours so it was nice and warm.

the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They replied within minutes. Quiet area close to the mountains, great view! Fireplace inside perfect for our wet boots. Would definitely go there again!

Fantastic location - definitely would stay again
My room had a great view of the waterfall. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Sitting in the patio swing in the afternoon sun with sights and sounds of the waterfalls was very relaxing.
Gracias to the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
The location is remote, and the security features are therefore appropriate. Some prior reviews complain about the gate to the property being locked at night, but fail to mention that the room key comes with a clicker for the automatic gate, so they could have gotten out at any time.

Melipeuco is a very small town, the trips around it are awesome. You need a car, better a 4 x 4. Trekkings are great, I went to spend a day at the beach at Lago Icalma, beautiful. Conguillio is a national park , incredible place.
Food at Sueños de Montaña was great.

A good location for those who enjoy rural surroundings with an interest in wildlife, trees, cycling or walking. Interesting features nearby include volcanic relics and a superb waterfall as well as hiking trails.
Melipeuco was larger than expected and a decent source of supplies.
