Friendly staff, they help with trips recommendations, discounts vouchers, they communicate easily with whatsapp, we check in after the timing but receptionist gave us clear easily instructions to receive the keys and check in next day. Toilets were ready with water wash. Appartment was equipped with all needed and surrounded place was very nice and pleasant we like it alot.

One of the prettiest places we have ever stayed - absolutely stunning little town with excellent access to the mountains and right on the breath taking Lake. The room was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Excellent restaurant and breakfast was superb with many hot and cold options. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and strolling around the lake was magic! Easy access to train and lake ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful and great overall resort facilities.
The hotel is wonderfully located, right next to the lake, easy access, free parking. Room quite modest, but tidy, clean, with a beautiful view. Brilliant service, nice receptionist and great restaurant service! Thank you very much for such a nice dinner on my birthday, I did not expect it at all! I will recommend!
The room was big and plenty of light. The staff was kind and available. Finally, the hotel is located in a beautiful site by the lake, only a few steps away from the gondola that takes you to Flumserberg ski resort.
