I love the small details considered by the hotel. There are two types of pillows in the room. The toilet is new and clean. The owner has a special room key system, so that they know if the guests return or not. The hotel gate is locked after 9pm. The room is not overpriced and we can see Matterhorn directly from the room.

Super clean, modern and had all the amenities. We were fortunate to get an upgrade and had a stunning suite with a balcony view right onto the Matterhorn. We enjoyed cheese fondue on our balcony and all the staff were beyond helpful. We were leaving early in the morning and they organised a taxi for us free of charge. Super central and bus stop right outside. Would highly recommend this property.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Station
This accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching an early train. The staff were proactive and very friendly, preparing breakfast for us the night before. The room offers a view of the trains and tracks, but it's surprisingly quiet.
A small, quiet alpine village. It is an deal base for visiting the Charles Kuonen bridge, currently the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world. A circular hiking route begins near the church. It's is also convenient for visiting car-free Zermatt with its beautiful views of the Matterhorn. It is much cheaper to stay here than in Zermatt and trains run frequently from the village.

We stayed in Chalet Moos for three nights. Overall, we had an extremely comfortable stay. The apartment is located at a 5 mins walk from Randa station and it is quite easy to find the apartment. On arrival, our apartment was clean and tidy and the heaters were set at an optimal temperature. The hosts (Family Brantschen) are super friendly. The property is fully furnished and one can find everything in the apartment that is required for a comfortable stay.
Hosts are excellent. They provided all the information by email. The location is great, near Randa train station, 20 minutes by train to Zermatt. The kitchen is old (vintage looking), well-equipped with everything that is needed for cooking. Super quiet. Beautiful view. I think this place is great value for money for people who like to stay away from busier Zermatt.
Cute and homey hotel! Price/Quality is really nice for such a location near Zermatt. I loved that I can book both dinner and breakfast, so less hassle for me. Dinner was amazing, btw, freshly cooked Italian dishes with creative touches. The beds are very nice and soft (good for side sleepers like myself). Speedy check in and checkout. Overall, very pleasant stay 🤍
I strongly recommend this apartment cause it is very cosy and the owner is very kind and friendly. He recommended a few nice places for us to visit. Especially the suspension bridge with the nice scenery. If I visit Switzerland again I would like to choose this apartment again.
