We chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the Christmas Markets. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and nice size. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the location was perfect for all the major attractions. Not far from train station (we walked from station to hotel, all downhill) but take the funicular or bus, much easier. Right across the street was the boat shuttle taking you to different points of interest. Must do!

Property was beautiful. We had a wonderful views from not just one balcony but two. Service was wonderful from check in to meals.
We stayed at Teresa Bay Hotel on a long drive to the Italian coast from the UK. We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff.
The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.
Convenient ,just cross the street you can find the hotel from the train station.
