Amira, the girl at reception was a gem! She was able to speak to me in French which made me feel at home. She was kind, helpful, and really nice overall. I loved the quality of the facilities, the food was tasty and the view unique! The ski room with special dryers and lockers was really the cherry on the cake!

It is a small town, there is only 1 supermarket which mainly closed in the weekend, so ensure that you have food for 2 days when you arrive in the weekend. You do not get any benefits after paying the tourist tax. When you want to see the most of the region you need to either travel with you car of the bus to all the different lifts. There is not much to hike directly from Elm itself
