By error I chose the room without bath and toilet (could not imagine that such may exist) and the staff on reception was helpful to upgrade the room. So I could stay in a one bed room with the rest room. Other staff members I met were also welcomed :-)

Dietikon is on the railway to central Zurich and other places in Switzerland. But if you are coming to Zurich via the airport, it's a complicated journey by either car or train so I would try to fine a district that is near the airport or between it and central Zurich.
If you are going to visit western suburban Zurich it should be a good location.

the hotel was clean and the facilities were spot on and the staff there were really helpful and friendly. I also found the self checkin system really easy to use and was very user friendly. It made the arrival at the hotel a more relaxing experience.
