Best view of lake and walking areas to parks with a good childrens park nearby. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . Close to tracks for mountain walking .
The property is ideally situated being just off the motorway. Secure parking is a bonus. Rooms very clean, breakfast great. All staff were professional, very approachable and polite. The location on the lakeside is fabulous - outstanding views with a beautiful promenade. Although our stay was only one night we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel.
The location, breakfast and room met our expectations. A 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Italian restaurant on the edge of Lake Lucerne was bonus, the food and setting was very good and not to be missed.
