Breakfast was good. Room was fine (working fridge, lights. Phone didn’t work, panel in bathroom not mounted showing hotel water pipes. Clearly, not enough attention to detail for a room I paid $260 a night for. First floor completely in renovation mode, as was the elevator.

We had a great time in the cottage. I loved the interior - the rooms are cozy, there's everything you need, the beds were comfortable. I had a very restful sleep there. Stylish posters with Prince Edward County views are amazing. Everything is spotless clean. It really feels that the owners care so much about the place and about their guests. Moreover, Roza and Stephen are very friendly and it was a pleasure to communicate with them.

The bed were clean and comfy and lots of room! The place was decently clean its old but for the amount we paid we really could not complain. It’s very close to a conservation area, playground and splash pad, it’s about a 3 minute drive. We had a beautiful time in this area.

The Waterfront Restaurant is a great eatery with attractive landscaping and outdoor sitting. You can relax and cruise the river in a pontoon boat or sit in the park and watch and there is a wonderful playground for children. It's a great experience for all ages

Napanee is a great little town.
Napanee is a great little town. We've only ever driven in off the highway to stop for gas but this time we were there for 3 days. We discovered some great restaurants, including one on the waterfront in an old 1800s building and a pub on the main street. There's an awesome coffee shop with the best scones, Coffee Cravings. And for people with kids, the best playground ever, which has a zip-line type ride. Even our 18-year-old loved it.
The location was perfect, right off the 401, easy to find and the area was quiet.
The buffet breakfast was delicious, of all the hotels we have stayed at in 2 weeks of travel, it is the ONLY one that served bacon instead of sausage 😋. Thank you. I mentioned it to the woman in charge, she was impressed.
I loved the quaintness of the hotel and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel property was very conveniently located close to where I was visiting friends in the Bay of Quinte. Napanee is also a very beautiful Ontario town.
The free breakfast and coffee were nice to have on site. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I was staying with my daughter and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
The hotel is well managed and cared for, and I will highly recommend it to anyone I know looking for accommodations in the Napanee area. I also hope to return myself in the near future.
The breakfast offerings were endless and absolutely delicious! Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and a terrific host and his sidekick Coco was adorable
