We enjoyed the boat tour was amazing to see so many islands with beautiful homes and was a fair price for the tour. The penatentry tour was very educational and awesome to have guards share their stories on the tour that were there for 30 years .The hop on hop off tour was educational learning so many things of buildings and and famous people fair price also. Beautiful and very friendly people and respectful drivers in busy downtown area. Very nice not to see homeless on streets downtown busy areaand them.having their own area and some with jobs people shared.Very beautiful town hall and very clean all together Will recommend for others to visit Kingston.

Our daughter goes to Queens University.
Our daughter goes to Queens University. We were very happy she chose Queens because the city feels safe. Unfortunately, like every other city, the homeless population has become an issue and she feels less safe due to the open drug use and mental health issues of the unhoused.

A friendly casual township, pleasant waterfront with a selection of good reasonably priced restaurants. An excellent supermarket (Metro) is not too far away, ten to fifteen minute walk. When we were there on a Thursday evening there was a open air free family movie.

Kingston is a great place to vacation. Would definitely visit again. Plenty of things to do and see. We took a tour of town hall and boat tour. There are a lot of activities at the Market such as salsa dancing lessons and farmers market. Took a walk along the breathtaking waterfront. Beautiful city.

Kingston Pen tours are every ten minutes and interesting.
Kingston Pen tours are every ten minutes and interesting. The downtown university has a medical history museum that can be seen inside an hour. There are parks around to walk. Downtown has good restaurants. The art gallery was being renovated but that wasn't clear it was closed, We had been before and wanted to go again. We want to visit Fort Henry next time. Driving east or west on Highway 2 to nearby towns on the St. Lawrence, is easy and more scenic than the 401 highway. We ate at the Black Dog and the Pan Chancho bakery.
Welcoming staff, beautiful outdoor pool and play area, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, quiet - a great alternative to a hotel. We are in Kingston regularly and look forward to staying here again soon.
