The location was great and the main bed was comfy but the pull out needed blanket layers to make it more comfortable. Sauna was nice. Staff very friendly.

The bagged breakfast was garbage. Uneatable .We threw it out after tasting it.
But everything else was very good.

This is an older hotel and for it's age it's great. The desk staff was super helpful and friendly. There was a nice pool and hot tub. The room was a little tight but for it's age it's very clean and well cared for.

Genelle is really a suburb of Trail…halfway between Castlegar and Trail, so there are no facilities there. You have to go into either town…Trail is a little closer… if you wish to eat at a restaurant. We ate at the golf course, food was good.
