La situació es immillorable, a 5 minuts del mercat de les bruixes, just al centre del casc antic. Es un edifici històric molt maco i molt ben decorat, manté l’ambient colonial. La netedat impecable, aigua calenta a dojo, el tracte del personal excel.lent, sempre a punt de sol.lucionar qualsevol problema, quan haviem de marxar cap a l’aeroport, hi havia la festa del Gran Poder i tot el centre estava tallat al transit, el personal de l’hotel va agafar les nostres maletes i ens van acompanyar fora del centre perque poguessim agafar un taxi. Sobretot destacar la feina del porter (no recordo el nom, ho sento) que sempre estava pendent de la nostra seguretat.

M'ha agradat poder veure la ciutat des de les cabines dels telefèrics, però m'ha desagradat que en quasi tot arreu no et donaven suficient informació i et donava la sensació de sentir-te estafat en tot moment. Apart és una ciutat molt insegura i a on la policia no està gens pels turistes o per donar un bon servei

El personal de l'hotel sempre ha sigut molt atent amb nosaltres. Ens ha ajudat amb els tours, sempre ha estat disponible per ajudar-nos. Encara que ens hem anat movent per la zona, vam tenir com a punt de referència el Madero i sempre ens van guardar les maletes.
Les habitacions eren bastant espaioses, la dutxa era genial (sortia aigua a pressió i ben calenta) i els llits eren còmodes.
