Hı, the lady Simona was really kind and helpful. She did her best to help us with everything. However, not all staff were the same, some of them need teaching about customers and customers need. I asked for an extra blanket as it was getting cold during my stay, but the lady at the reception first declined to provide as she was the only one on the desk and not supposed to leave the reception unattended. After 20 minutes of explanation that we need the blanket otherwise we would get cold and sick, she begrudgingly went upstairs and came back with a blanket without a case on.
