Gabrovo is a small town in the middle of nowhere in Bulgaria, that offers a lot of treats. Etar(a) and the museum of Humor and Satire may be the biggest ones for me. But the authenticity of this town as a basic real bulgarian city that still is untouched by tourism overkill is very important to me.
Not for partygoets, but culture and sightseeing for a week if that is your thing.
Mazalat / Osana is a beautiful mountain hike within a taxy rides reach. Etar(a), a cultural museum is awesome for anyone interested in handicrafts an culture.
If you go to gabrovo, your favorite football team is Yantra!
The location of the property is great - there are a few good restaurants and shops nearby. The property doesn't offer private parking but there're quite a lot parking spots on nearby streets (the parking is free only after 17:00 or during the weekend/holidays). The view of the river is nice and we even fed the ducks in it twice. The room was clean and the furniture were smartly arranged according to the available space.

The location is in a small and quiet village near the river, with a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. Very close to Etar museum (1.3 km).
All is new and tidy. The room was spatious, the kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking.
We had easy access into the building (self check-in and check-out).
Suitable for families with kids.
Easy to find, private parking lot (for 3-4 cars), big rooms, comfortable bed, clean, AC was working properly and it was already turned on when we arrived in a hot day, nice staff, very close to two good restaurants. If we will need to stay again in Gabrovo, we will book again.
The location is in the centre, in a relatively quiet place with the ambience of a well-maintianed old town, near popular family restaurants. It is new, clean, the hosts are friendly. It was not difficult to find a parking spot at the weekend.
Beautifully finished apartments that are with modern and trendy. I really liked the feature of the funky showers and the graphic paper in the hallways which are a great photo opportunity.
