Burgas is a nice small town on the seafront of the Black Sea. It is clean with very nice landscaping in the city centre and around the sea garden. Unfortunately, car parking is a tough job in the active tourist season.

Prices are much more affordable than Nessebar or Sezopol .
I liked also saltpans but prepare yourself to pay for the shower after .

Burgas is a wonderful city.
Burgas is a wonderful city. The sea garden is perfect for afternoon and evening walk. There are several kid's attractions, benches in deep shade to sit and take a fresh breath in a hot day.
City transport scheme not understandable for people not from the city, you cannot understand which bus goes where. Not possible to use debit/credit card to buy tickets from the ticket verification machines in the buses, but the driver sells tickets.

Nice city ...I found it not too full and no much restaurants with good recommendations...even a local person couldn't recommend good place to eat away from touristic area ...not too clean and not too dirty ..was ok ...needs more entertainment I think ...mood was little slow everywhere

Great city.
Great city. Not to big and crouded but full of fun stuff to do. The atmosphere is amazing, especially in late spring, summer and early autumn. Beautiful buildings, great food, so many parks. The sea side is lovely.

We really liked the place. Very close to the beach but enough distance for quiet stay. Brand new houses with big rooms and everything you need. The garden is big with a lot of trees for shadow. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host Drago is very helpful and nice. We even had complimentary wine and water which is very rare in Bulgaria.
I have to start with the owner of the apartment as it was the best experience I've ever had. I was constantly asking questions about Bulgaria and Burgas and Maria was very helpful and patient with me.
Apartment felt like being at home, it was very clean, well-prepared for guests, comfortable and pleasant.
We stay here during our visits to Burgas. The facility once again met our expectations. We paid 10 leva for breakfast. Breakfast was sufficient for Bulgarian standards. The outdoor parking lot was full and we pulled our car into the closed parking lot.
