Burgas is a nice small town on the seafront of the Black Sea. It is clean with very nice landscaping in the city centre and around the sea garden. Unfortunately, car parking is a tough job in the active tourist season.

Prices are much more affordable than Nessebar or Sezopol .
I liked also saltpans but prepare yourself to pay for the shower after .

Burgas is a wonderful city.
Burgas is a wonderful city. The sea garden is perfect for afternoon and evening walk. There are several kid's attractions, benches in deep shade to sit and take a fresh breath in a hot day.
City transport scheme not understandable for people not from the city, you cannot understand which bus goes where. Not possible to use debit/credit card to buy tickets from the ticket verification machines in the buses, but the driver sells tickets.

Nice city ...I found it not too full and no much restaurants with good recommendations...even a local person couldn't recommend good place to eat away from touristic area ...not too clean and not too dirty ..was ok ...needs more entertainment I think ...mood was little slow everywhere

Great city. Not to big and crouded but full of fun stuff to do. The atmosphere is amazing, especially in late spring, summer and early autumn. Beautiful buildings, great food, so many parks. The sea side is lovely.

I'm fond of Burgas. This and old and rather pretty town. The people look friendly and happy.
There is a great amount of various restaurants and cafeterias with tasty and delicious food and wonderful service. I find it rather easy to get around Burgas: the buses are comfortable and supplied by air conditioners.
My favourite spots in Burgas were the old city with its old-fashioned houses and the Sea Park with its huge territory and all kinds of shows and performances.

The apartment is on the top floor of a building, it has lots of natural light and is located in the city centre. Right next to hotel bulgaria. It is equipped with everything you need, the washing machine was very convenient, and the hosts replied to messages quickly. I loved my 6 night stay in Burgas. Walking up the stairs was good exercise for me, but it may be inconvenient for others. I'd stay here again the next time I am in Burgas
-The location of the hotel is very good, close to restaurants, the botanical garden, the beach and near the bus station that connects other cities such as Sozopol and Nessebar.
-24-hour reception
-the room is nice and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower is very good.
-The tony gigi restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, food and service.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. It is probably the best hotel that I've stayed in Bulgaria over the may years I've been visiting. Easy access, accommodating staff, quiet, incredibly well appointed, clean and comfortable in every way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Location is unbeatable, too, close to everything you might want in downtown Burgas.
Room was clean and furnished with new furniter. Restaurant and food was very good, unfortunately there is still allowed to smoke in restaurants in Bulgaria. there was also part for non smokers, but it was fully booked. Saturday evening was the restaurant really overcrowded, but food was served fast.
