the hotel is nice, modern and comfortable. Thoe room I chose had also a balcony. Comfortable bed, wardrobe, safe, TV, desk and sofa. Coffee and tea as well as water as a complimentary, minibar furnished, wifi is working good, Bathroom with shower, toiletries and a big lighted mirror. Breakfast is good: buffet is quite small but with different choices (eggs, cheese and cold cuts as well as yogurt and fruit and cornflakes. If there is not a lot of people, they will serve it in the room: This way less food is wasted as the breakfast is personalized, good choice! I also had dinner in the restaurant and i can recommend it (also have vegetarian options). I reserved a parking space (you need to give plate number), the lots are not many but easely accessible, so if needed book in advance. The entrance of the underground parking is just after the T market on the left, dont miss it! The centre is an easy walk from the hotel and nearby you will find shops and restaurants.

Burgas is a nice small town on the seafront of the Black Sea. It is clean with very nice landscaping in the city centre and around the sea garden. Unfortunately, car parking is a tough job in the active tourist season.

Burgas is a wonderful city.
Burgas is a wonderful city. The sea garden is perfect for afternoon and evening walk. There are several kid's attractions, benches in deep shade to sit and take a fresh breath in a hot day.
City transport scheme not understandable for people not from the city, you cannot understand which bus goes where. Not possible to use debit/credit card to buy tickets from the ticket verification machines in the buses, but the driver sells tickets.

Nice city ...I found it not too full and no much restaurants with good recommendations...even a local person couldn't recommend good place to eat away from touristic area ...not too clean and not too dirty ..was ok ...needs more entertainment I think ...mood was little slow everywhere

Great city.
Great city. Not to big and crouded but full of fun stuff to do. The atmosphere is amazing, especially in late spring, summer and early autumn. Beautiful buildings, great food, so many parks. The sea side is lovely.

I'm fond of Burgas. This and old and rather pretty town. The people look friendly and happy.
There is a great amount of various restaurants and cafeterias with tasty and delicious food and wonderful service. I find it rather easy to get around Burgas: the buses are comfortable and supplied by air conditioners.
My favourite spots in Burgas were the old city with its old-fashioned houses and the Sea Park with its huge territory and all kinds of shows and performances.

We had a great stay at Hotel Bulgaria! We visited Bulgaria a few times and our experience with other hotels was not as good, as the description was not always matching the reality. With Hotel Bulgaria this was not the case. The hotel looks great! Was renovated in 2020 and it's really a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was also good and varied.
The best hostel ever, bot just in Europe. Super comfortable, clean, cosy, perfect location, owners and visitors were very accomodating and a greay company if you want to relax at the end of the day. The place to be in Bulgaria for the summer really. Book in advance though, it is very popular and always booked for a reason.
Cozy and clean. Walking distance to the sea as well as almost all must-see Burgas spots. Cafeteria across the street. Aleksandrovska street, where you can get introduced to local reality, is just behind the corner. Public parking all around the place. Air conditioning, WiFi, TV if you like to watch Bulgarian news ;)
I have to start with the owner of the apartment as it was the best experience I've ever had. I was constantly asking questions about Bulgaria and Burgas and Maria was very helpful and patient with me.
Apartment felt like being at home, it was very clean, well-prepared for guests, comfortable and pleasant.
