This was an elegant old hotel with nicely updated rooms. Very calm, comfortable. The bed was great. Bus stop right outside the front gate which goes directly to Bruges. Owner made fresh eggs for us to order in the morning.

Thanks to google map we could find it at night and fog, because sign a bit small. Perfect parking inside. Very friendly and warm welcome. Maps and a lot of excellent recommendations for parking and visiting Brugge. Super nice breakfast room and lovely decorated. Room very nice and big, also easy to access for handicaped person. Very well equipped and also huge bathroom. Excellent breakfast with fresh made eggs and delicious bread, cheese and ham - simply perfect. Huge garden with playground for kids. Amazing place and perfect host. We loved it.

Everything was exactly as advertised and in mint condition. Sander has special attention to e smallest details. I also host and I can say that he is an outstanding host. The rooms are spacious (we as a family of 4 had 2 rooms, one for the couple and the other for the kids), the bathroom is excellent, with a tub and a shower, there is a fridge in the apartment and some wine, beer and free coffee. The breakfast is made by Sander himself and it was really delicious. The location is not central but we wanted some peace to rest, and it is conveniently located about 10 min drive from Brugge downtown. There is also a free parking onsite which is a bonus. I strongly recommend.

Such a beautiful part of the country. We loved bicycling around the countryside and taking our bikes into old town. The local walking tours were informative and interesting. It's a wonderful place to be!

Easy check in helpful host, everything you could possibly require, fantastic bistro extremely close, pub as part of the bistro with indoor smoking area for those who appertain, which is totally screened off, lovely castle round the corner.
A fantastic little find which is full of friendly people.

very charming very little place, excellent night illumination, some good restaurants and bars (but empty after 21:00), fabulous canals with very good biking facilities, close to Brugge and to the sea. beautiful night exhibition of old telephone cells which read you poems, houses full of little taken care of details, nice churches and some historical buildings

Damme is small and beautiful, and not far from Bruges and the coast. there are walks you can do along the canals, it's typical. Parking is free just outside the city (5 min walk to city center --> easy)

The house and especially the breakfast room are gorgeous
The staff is very kind and helpful
When we arrived we were greeted by two of the owners who told us about the place's history and gave us a tour of the facilities
There was enough free parking for all the guests
Our room (the only family room in the hotel) was located in the top floor and there is no elevator (it is a 200 years old house) so the climb was a bit of a challenge
Breakfast was very good and very pleasant music was playing

The Damme church across the road is super amazing！Love the view. 15min drive to Bruges old town. Accommodation itself was big and clean，and we slept good. We dont have sleep problem and got so tired the day before so next to street was not a problem for us. We asked for breakfast and it's right enough for us so pretty good，paid in cash. btw They have parking lot behind building.
Great quiet residential location, fab heated pool. A short drive to some absolutely fantastic restaurants in Damme.
We received a welcome few bottles of beer and chocolate for the kids. Lots of maps and travel books to look at for things to do. The sauna was great too, and loads of towels and dressing gowns for all to use for the sauna and pool and outside area.
Fabulous stay and an amazing breakfast in a diversity friendly bnb near the quaint town of Damme.
Kathleen has created an amazing environment for all people to enjoy time in the country. She is truly a generous person.
This is a very cosy hôtel. The owners are super nice and the best part was the breakfast!! It was really homemade and you can feel the love of the owners in the plate. I really recommend for the price.
