Our entire experience was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and complied with all of our requests; the rooms were clean and we were welcomed with fruits and a beautiful view of fish swimming in a pond. The room was a good temperature when we entered and the AC was very nice and easily controllable. We had a good nights rest and enjoyed the wide assortment of food for breakfast. We ordered dinner from their restaurant and it was delivered straight to our rooms, which we enjoyed as well.

I booked a room from 14th to 16th at Yatra flagship branch in Sylhet. I really liked their environment. I was very tired and I needed a quiet environment where I could relax a lot. I got that kind of atmosphere when I went to Jatra Flagship. Their rooms were very tidy and clean. Mr. Asad is a very helpful man. I couldn't go out because of the rain. He brought me a CNG from Mainroad, I am thankful to him. I asked him to call me at 5 o'clock the next day, he called me right on time. Thank you Asad.

Sylhet is fantastic for nature lovers. It has got scenic beauty and a variety of landscapes. A one-week plan would be the best but 4 days can be tightly okay. Places recommended are Jaflong, Khashia Palli, Lalakhal, Bholagonj Shada Pathor, Ratargul, Parjatan Motel, Adventure Park, Malnichara Tea Estate, Shrine of Hazrat Shah Jalal (r), Khadimnagar Reserve Forest, Noorjahan Tea Garden, Baikka Beel, Sreemanagal Tea Garden, Lauwachhara Reserve Forest, Madhabkundo Waterfall, Old Bridge, etc. There are many eateries including Panshi and Panch Bhai.

As frequent traveller Grand Sylhet really exceeded my expectations with great facilities, dining and great customer service, the hotel staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome!
Also great location very close to airport and only 10 mins away from Sylhet central so you can easily do your shopping or eat out with great choice of restaurants in Sylhet.

Very nice place at Bangladesh.
Very nice place at Bangladesh. Surrounded by tea gardens and hill tracks. You can visit Jaflong, Bichanakandi, Sada pathor, Ratargul Swamp forest, Srimangal and other places nearby easily from the city. The city itself is really small and easy to roam around. The best part is the food. You may takes best local foods at "Pach Bhai Restaurant" which is a must try if you are visiting Sylhet.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. So this was a big plus. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They even upgraded our room with a window view without adding any extra charge. The other plus point is it’s location; just in front of the dorga gate! All the staffs went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sylhet.
Hi my name is S××××××, To be really honest it wasn't value for money. The rooms was small and unclean, the towels was dirty ,, I booked a double room and was given a single room, and not only that, they moved me to 3 different rooms and still ended up in a dusty room and I suffer with asma,, I will not be staying at that hotel again
The roti for breakfast was really good. Staff always looked after me and asked what I want. The hotel staff was really polite. I had arrived at early morning around 9am and they still let me check in. Also, I asked if I could check out around 3pm and they accepted. I will definitely stay this hotel again next time I visit Sylhet.
