Everything you need was provided.
The bonus for my husband and I was meeting the local residents Tom Abbey and Brad. We enjoyed their knowledge of the area and spent some time just chatting (drinking) on the balcony.
We loved the setting amongst the trees. We ate at the Bistro which was very enjoyable and only a short walk from our room. Avoca Beach was only a short drive away. The beach was patrolled and being well used by the local surf club for training. Great for surfing.

My husband has limited mobility and uses a walker and was not able to walk to the room which so staff got a wheelchair to get him in. The footpaths are too narrow. The room was nice and had a balcony overlooking trees and cockatoos came and sat with me which was lovely.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was very outdated but had everything we needed. Parking is on a very steep driveway and only experienced drivers can attempt this parking angle. No good for people with mobility issues.

The resort was well laid out on a forested hillside making one thing they were in tropical Queensland instead of 1 hour away from Sydney. The access to the hotel was a bonus and it was an easy drive to Avoca Beach.

It was a great place to stay on the Central Coast during the summer holidays. We loved that we could stay in a bush setting but still be so close to great cafes and Copacabana and Avoca beaches.
Close to beach and restaurants and lovely views. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony soaking it all in. Facilities were all good and enhanced our stay in Avoca Beach.
The location was perfect in Avoca Beach. Close to restaurants and the beach. The pool was welcoming. Allocated parking for two cars in our 3 bedroom villa.
