The outlook cabana is an exceptionally beautiful location, the cabana has everything that you could need, the bed is super comfortable. The view is amazing you can see the ocean the property has a gorgeous pool a dam and beautiful horses to watch on the property. The owners are amazing very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay there again just a stunning place. Didn't want to go home.
We loved the setting amongst the trees. We ate at the Bistro which was very enjoyable and only a short walk from our room. Avoca Beach was only a short drive away. The beach was patrolled and being well used by the local surf club for training. Great for surfing.

My husband has limited mobility and uses a walker and was not able to walk to the room which so staff got a wheelchair to get him in. The footpaths are too narrow. The room was nice and had a balcony overlooking trees and cockatoos came and sat with me which was lovely.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was very outdated but had everything we needed. Parking is on a very steep driveway and only experienced drivers can attempt this parking angle. No good for people with mobility issues.

The resort was well laid out on a forested hillside making one thing they were in tropical Queensland instead of 1 hour away from Sydney. The access to the hotel was a bonus and it was an easy drive to Avoca Beach.
Ideal location, right on Avoca Beach but close to shops and dining, onsite parking. Very tidy unit with a nice terrace to enjoy meals outside, kitchen well equipped. A good bed and nice bathroom. Host very supportive and responded quickly to requests.
Great queen size bed and single bed , tv a little bit small, ground floor meant we did not hear the rain at night, pool was good size and clean, easy parking and close to avoca beach
Beautiful home and great location in Avoca Beach.
The house had great amenities for our group stay and use of BBQ was a bonus!
