Check-in was great; proximity to the highway was perfect; the room was clean and very nice. Having the restaurant on the property was convenient as well. Hotel and restaurant staff were very professional and polite.

Great breakfast and very helpful owner. We were biking, and as the property lies a bit out of Mauthausen, we were glad to be given a nearby restaurant to eat in. It is about a 10 min bike ride outside Mauthausen center, in case you want to stay in the town itself or biking in bad weather and don't want to get back on your bikes for dinner.
Modern hotel with large rooms and large en-suite bathroom. Located on busy road on way out of town so not handy for walking to centre BUT we were cycling and it was close to the Danube cycle track and had a locked bike room (with bike tools!)
Staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb
A very good hotel for one night. New, easy to find, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, big parking in front of the hotel. I also had Wi-Fi in the room (Booking.com says it is only available in public areas).
