Great hotel with a lot of attention for their guests (young and old). Perfect service, friendly personnel. Very clean hotel and rooms. A lot of facilities for all ages. Nice swimming pools and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are a big positive surprise. The buffets are made with a very high standard. very tasty and big choice for all. Some local specialties are included. Also for kids this hotel is great. A lot of activities and special foods are available for them. Also the location is great, just 10 minutes from the Italian border. Beautiful located between the mountains and guests from the hotel can use 5 "cable-trains" for free. We will come back for sure!

Manager of the hotel is very kind and caring person, I really was not greeted so warmly anywhere else like here. Also he helped me with a recommendation where to have dinner. Breakfast was superb, so many products from local producers. Plenty of parking spaces in front and side of the hotel. Room was very quiet. My stay was only one night, but could definitely recommend this hotel.

There are many supermarkets nearby.
The apartment close to the road and railway but there was not noisy at all. Free parking space.
It’s only 30 minutes drive to the attractions in Dolomites, such as lake Braies and Tre Cime di Lavadero , easy to cross the border.
The staff is friendly, she upgraded the room for us and took us a room tour to introduce all equipment in the apartment.
Nicely remodeled old chalet; very charismatic and charming. Fenced in yard was perfect for our furry friend. The village of Außervillgraten makes you feel set back in time and is ideal to get away from all the hussle and bussle of the busy tourist areas. From here it is easy to access many hiking trails for various different levels of experience. The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.
The people who works there, I never stayed in a place that make me feel like home like this one. Is not a hotel of 5 stars but the treatment of the owners is like it is. They help my a lot and were really polite even when they don't speak English. Absolutely amazing. If you want to feel like home this is your place.
