Easy communication and check in, great modern apartment with great mountain views. Good wifi and kitchen. Most comfortable beds of our trip! I paid to park in basement garage, was worth it. Great price in a beautiful place. Wish we had stayed longer, would stay again.

Helpful, friendly and very service minded staff. Different walking possibilities right behind the hotel. The stay wan not cheap, but worth every Euro👍😀

Very busy town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and fuel stations everywhere. Andorran people were very friendly and helpful and most were happy to speak French. Good variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Plenty of bus services. Everything easy walking distance.
Not sure what ecological measures are in place to conserve flora and fauna but it seems (like everywhere in Andorra) the priority is building! Constructions going on everywhere, every small space available was being built on. Would imagine the air quality is poor alot of the year. We witnessed at least 3 days where they were using a helicopter to traansport building equipment and materials from one end of town to another - quite shocking really.
If you walked about 20 mins into the mountains you got the peace and tranquillity expected. Some beautiful scenery and water cascades.
The traiils closer to the town were littered with dog mess although there were plenty of dog poo bins available.

Spacious flat, well equipped. Both beds (the one in the bedroom and the bed sofa) were comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher.
The shower is nice, always warm water and great pressure.
The location of the flat is great: few minutes from the Funicamp, restaurants, bars and 10 min walking to the center of Encamp.
The day before the stay, we were contacted to get all the info on where to pick the keys, and how to access the flat.
I recommend, really great!
Stayed at the hotel during a Spartan Race. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - served breakfast earlier on the race day for all the runners staying at their hotel.
The apartment well equipped, clean and cozy. Close to Encamp gondola and Tibetan bridge and Rock del quer. You can find car parking on the street or in parking lot (charged).
