We have booked above venue the same day and had instructions for parking, keys and everything left in secure place. View was amazing. As usual I read reviews before making booking, I saw a lot of the ones that building is old, outdated etc. I think there is a benefit to that and it has its own positive vibe. Apartment was quite big for European standards. Person at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Parking wise, there was plenty of space and bays were big. Also, on parking level there are lockers for skis handy when offloading from the vehicle.

Very busy town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and fuel stations everywhere. Andorran people were very friendly and helpful and most were happy to speak French. Good variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Plenty of bus services. Everything easy walking distance.
Not sure what ecological measures are in place to conserve flora and fauna but it seems (like everywhere in Andorra) the priority is building! Constructions going on everywhere, every small space available was being built on. Would imagine the air quality is poor alot of the year. We witnessed at least 3 days where they were using a helicopter to traansport building equipment and materials from one end of town to another - quite shocking really.
If you walked about 20 mins into the mountains you got the peace and tranquillity expected. Some beautiful scenery and water cascades.
The traiils closer to the town were littered with dog mess although there were plenty of dog poo bins available.

The hotel is located in a nice place. Only problem no parking place is available for everyone. it means it will be better if you request it in upfront.
It is very close the the Encamp city center ( very small ) and with car you can easily reach Andorra la Vella and the most nice attractions.

The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with very friendly helpful staff. The beds and pillows etc were very comfortable and the room was not only immaculately clean but also the perfect temperature. The added bonus of a balcony was just lovely! The hotel manager/owner was super kind to me on what was a stressful non- holiday related trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!
A cozy hotel with a great location, an amazing view towards the riverside with a majestic mountain range in the background. The staff was really friendly, going above and beyond. The breakfast was a delight! The bedding was clean and fresh. What we appreciated the most was the pet-friendliness of the hotel and the staff. Our little doggo loved it there!
Very good location for a ski holiday. 1 min walking distance from Funicamp(ski lift) which takes you to the middle of the ski resort Grandvalira.
Parking spot in the garage included! The communication with the owner is easy and fast.
He even let us park our car in the garage one day longer, while we were still skiing. Thanks! 🙂
