Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. This property is superb in all regards. The hosts, Elza and Albert, are gracious, welcoming, and ever so helpful. We just returned from almost 3 weeks in South Africa, staying in a number of guest houses. Riverside was our most enjoyable stay. We regretted not having booked a longer stay at this wonderful establishment. The attention to detail in all matters of the accommodation are quite remarkable, really. This is a must stay when in the Outdshoorn/George area. The breakfast room and fare were very upscale without feeling stuffy. Food was delicious!

Set 37 km from Rocherpan Nature Reserve, Lermitage Quagga Lodge - Chalets Velddrif offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The accommodation and facilities were of a very high standard . The location and placement of the chalet was excellent. The views were outstanding. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming with excellent communications throughout our stay . We loved the safari drive and were lucky enough to see the Buffalo. Heinrich and Thomas were excellent guides and very knowledgeable.

The cabins were romantic and stylish, including everything you need for coziness. We saw zebras, rhinos, buffalos and many other gorgeous animals on the game drive.

Located in Prince Albert, less than 1 km from Fransie Pienaar Museum and 4 km from Wolwekraal Nature Reserve, Elfen House offers free bikes and air conditioning. We loved Elfen House as it is a quiet property with two en suite bathrooms and an enclosed private courtyard with a plunge pool which was perfect for the two hot days we were there.
