Muluwa Lodge har panoramautsikt över dalarna och bergen och ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa från White River och Kruger Mpumalangas internationella flygplats. It was just perfect! The giraffes came so close to our luxury tent, that was awesome! We enjoyed a very delicious dinner and a good massage (both for a fair price). The staff was so friendly! We enjoyed the stay and wished we could stay longer. Thank to the team. Highly recommended.

The main caretaker, Kaley, is great when it comes to customer service. She made sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of the way to pack picnic sandwiches for us when we wanted to venture out on our own. The safari guide, Floid, is very knowledgeable, and if you stay for 2-3 days, he'll make sure you see every type of animal you had on your wish list. These guys include 1 complimentary safari per night of your stay (so if you stay for 3 nights, 3 safaris are inclusive), and I feel it's the best package because a couple of self drives in Kruger are a must do in my opinion, just for the thrill of it. The tents are quite comfortable and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious hotel room. The AC works well (believe me, you NEED it if you visit in the summers like we did), the pool is clean, the bathrooms are great. The food was superlative - we had exotic 3 course complimentary dinners every single evening. I suggest booking a minimum of 3 days to really get the most out of Kruger.

We also appreciated the convenience of the breakfast baskets, which allowed us to enjoy delicious meals even with our early starts. The Bohemian decor of the lodge added a unique charm to our stay, making it both cozy and visually appealing. The romantic dinner our host arranged was a highlight of our trip. To top it all off, the lodge's unique location allowed us to experience wildlife up close, as we had the amazing opportunity to encounter a duiker and even a giraffe right at the lodge! Additionally, the lodge's location is very close to Hoedspruit airport and many reserves, making it an ideal place to stay. On the last day of our stay, we had a luxurious breakfast at the lodge, adding a touch of elegance to our experience. Overall, the value for money at African Flair is exceptional.
