The cottage was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and if there was something we needed that wasn’t supplied we just had to ask Mayumi the owner.

Situated in Ozu in the Kumamoto region, GOYADO features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very cute cabin in the woods with great communication from property hosts to make sure all went smoothly. There was a fire already burning for us when we arrived.

Situated in Shimo-tajiri, 38 km from Mount Aso and 1.8 km from Kuju Flower Park, Ginga no Yado Kinoko2seigo features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a shared lounge. It's in a very quiet location surrounded by trees. The four couse dinner was very tasty with great presentations. After dinner, the host was kind enough to show us the stars from his observatory. It was a lifetime experience to see Jupiter and Saturn from the telescope. Breakfast was very nice as well. The hosts prepared for us earlier than usual by our request. We are very much appreciated!

Set 41 km from Mount Aso, Kurokawa Mori no Cottage offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This is the best place I have ever stayed in OITA. The house is very nice and very cozy. It is very warm and the place is very beautiful! Even my mum and dad who do not normally say anything was very vocal how much they love the place. The owners were very helpful and very warm people too. Just a note that you cannot go here without a car because it is in the middle of the forest. But renting a car and going here was the best decision we have made for our whole Fukuoka trip!
