Everything was amazing! Zack did a great job making us all (there were 7 of us) feel welcomed. The living space and kitchen was big enough to allow us all to hang out. Zack put a power outlet in each of the bedrooms to let us plug in all our devices. The showers were great! It really was a great place to stay.

Okutone Snow Park is a 10-minute drive away, while Houdaiji Ski Resort is within a 20-minute drive. Cool hotel with a great owner (thanks Kieran), who looked after us and gave us good tips on what to do while staying there. Good on site food, awesome little onsen after a long day.

We stayed in cabins, it was good and specious..But was not cleaned properly.. These are away from the main hotel, so it's a distance to walk..I believe they provide transportation to come to main building, but I didn't use it as we had our bikes..They have a natural onsen but indoor which you need to pay extra, it in the main building.It was a good experience..I was expecting an outdoor like the picture shown, but couldn't find it..
The dinner was very good & the chef & waiter were very friendly. The shuttle service to the bus depot was appreciated.
The private onsen was a wonderful experience. The buffet dinner was superb. The property also has a regular free shuttle into the town and bus station.

Overall, an amazing experience with awesome hospitality and flavorful kaiseki meals. Easily accessible with provided shuttle service for pick up and drop off at Minakami station. The view in the lobby is like a painting. I really wish I were here when it was full of snow or during the blossom season.
Free shuttle bus to and fro the town center. Room is spacious and clean. The relatively rural and tranquil atmosphere made this stay relaxing and enjoyable. Wide spread at breakfast and many amenities available at the hotel itself.
the staff are very helpful and were used to English speakers and the food was very elaborate. we also used the customer shuttle service and the onsen was large and definitely had lot of minerals in it.
An isolated location, deep in the valley of Japanse Alpes. We appreciated the hotel's shuttle bus pickup service, a 40 minutes ride from main bullet train stations. We enjoyed 4 outdoor onsen (3 mixed, 1 for female only) in a magnificient snowy landscapes, a typical Japanese room though a bit old, and delicious, various and esthetic meal. We saw some monkeys too, felt being in the nature.
A peaceful location, with shuttle survives to the township. Clean cabins and great amenities.
Huge log cabin was awesome. Shuttle service was convenient and easy to use but sometimes no phone pickup. Extra facilities like arcade and onsen were also amazing.
