I stayed here with my family for the new year holidays and they liked everything about the venue. The kitchen, as the description says, has all the things you need and so it was useful for my family who likes to cook during our vacation. We would like to stay here again for a longer period of time!

Fantastic baths! It is a long way to get to but definitely worth the visit. The shuttle bus was handy and being able to access the Prince hotel baths too was a nice treat.
The onsen is available both in Kogen and Prince Hotel by shuttle bus.

The location is great surrounded by beautiful mountains easy access with the free shuttle service! The staff was nice and accommodating. And the room is BIGger than other resorts you usually find in Japan.
I really enjoy the sunrise gondola/sunrise skiing the view is amazing definitely worth waking up for!
The snow condition is AMAZING!!!!! And it’s not even at the peak of the season! perfect for snowboarding.
Short shinkansen ride from Tokyo and they have a free shuttle bus so that’s really helpful.
The Check-in process is quick and hygienic.
