The property is gorgeous. The pool, though quite cold even during the Summer, is simply spectacular, overlooking the valley and the vineyard. The room was really comfortable, with a great view. But I would say the absolute best thing was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to help us with every single thing, from booking e-bikes (which we even asked them to cancel and return, because of bad weather), to helping us with finding the best restaurants. They even helped us with shopping for cheese :) I couldn’t recommend this enough.

We arrived by ferry from Corsica, but we were delayed for over an hour. This was no problem, because the host lived next door. It was also amazing how clean the appartment was. The location was perfect; at only 10 minutes from the ferry (by car). A paid parking was very close by. The host thought about everything. We travelled with a young child and the host offered a baby-bed and highchair. There were also some childbooks present. The fridge was filled with a beer, water, yoghurt, cheese and fresh fruits. For breakfast, there was a variety of sweet breads, cereals, milk (also lactose-free), toast, marmelade and good coffee (nespresso). Thank you!!

We had the warmest welcoming in person by the lovely host Gianfranco & Angela, they explained everything in detail & suggested heaps of must-see in and out of Grosetto. Everything they offered in the accommodation were perfect, it just feels like home! Location is perfect with train & bus terminal just few short minutes' walk away. If this property is within your budget, don't miss it!

It's such a wonderful accommodation that I want to live here for the rest of my life. There are two spacious rooms and two bathrooms, so it is suitable for four people. There is a living room and kitchen terrace. I am impressed by the host's sincerity, delicacy, and kindness in each and every piece of furniture. From the long street trees on the driveway, it is overwhelming and the house is like a large mansion. I definitely want to go again.
