Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

O Old Nag's Head está situado em Edale, no início do Pennine Way, no belo Peak District. Esta encantadora propriedade do século XVI apresenta o seu próprio pub bem conhecido. Centrally located at start of Pennine Way with easy access to multiple hiking routes minutes from Edale train station. Accommodation was right beside the Nags Head with a great menu. Staff were just amazing - Mrs Doyle especially! Accommodation was always warm as the cold weather came in.

Brilliant location and beautifully kept, the owner clearly has a lot of time for the property. The views from the hot tub are stunning and the walks you can take yourself on are lovely.
