Originally, I was arriving earlier than expected and when I messaged the property they were super accommodating and confirmed an early check in. Unfortunately, things changed, and we arrived later than expected yet the property was again very accommodating to my arrival and checking in to the property was easy! The location was perfect, Balloch was a 5 minute drive from the lodge and Loch Lomond shores where the sea life centre,etc was is only 10 minutes away. The lodge was clean, the back yard is full enclosed so the dogs can be let out without worry. The hot tub got cleaned each morning and the guy let himself in through the garden so was no fuss at all.
