This is a stylish roomy apartment on the edge of the old town in a nice building. We enjoyed the novelty of having shutters, the open view, and the small balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy a drink.
10 minutes drive from town, Primaluce offers basic farm accommodation in a pleasant, peaceful location. Running a busy pizza business, Francesco and Lia were friendly and happy to offer a good shuttle service to and from town.

We checked in to Swiss Diamond on our honeymoon. The view was fantastic, the hotel had upgraded us to a lake view and gave us some chocolates as a little honeymoon gift. The breakfast was delicious and a good range of fresh food and drinks. The Venus wellness center (Hammam spa, pool, steam room, sauna) was lovely, and it was nice to relax by the pool, which was often to ourselves. The free shuttle bus was good to get into Lugano.

The room and bathroom were of a good size. Firm, comfortable beds and pillows with shutters on the windows combined to make a great nights sleep. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the feel of the hotel. Location is very good being almost lake side and in the shopping area and town centre.
Beautiful view (room lake view), super friendly staff, lot's of little fascinating details. top breakfast with very nice buffet layout. Winter chalet at the pool very charming. Was alone on business trip in winter. Must come back in summer!! .. with my lady to stay als for a charming dinner.
