My son and me stay at the lodge for 2 nights for his national racing at Idube, the well prepared breakfasrtr and hot dinner really helped us a lot. Rooms are clean and comfatable and we could have good rest. Douglas, the owner is truly a warm hearted gentleman, very friendly and thoughtful, I love this place and will definately comeback again.

This place is just amazing. Location, facility's, cleanliness,nature around the house. It really feels homie. I came with family over here for holidays and we stayed for 12 days. For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
The view of the lake from our cabin was beautiful, that, coupled with an array of wildlife and relics on the property was outstanding. I think my wife and I spotted an African monitor lizard on our first day. The property was nicely secluded and provided plenty of privacy and peace.
Lovely staff and lovely surroundings. Lovely grounds. Good food and if you are lucky you get to see wild life! In town there is nothing really, whereas this place is easy to find and secure and very comportable. Love the huts.

Booking was a breeze all thanks to the precise instructions emailed prior. The location is perfect for a change of scenery that isn't too far from the city, we could still order takeaways so very convenient if that's a concern. The atmosphere is very outdoor, game reserve vibe as you're in beautiful wooden cabins with fast Wi-Fi, stacked DStv for UFC or UEFA and more. The room surpassed all expectations and has no negatives.
