We booked three rooms. The first two single rooms were great. Our room unfortunately was not. It was quite far away. The walk to it was tricky. The room had an interleading passage and someone else was on the other side. We could hear all their movements as the door was quite thin and because they had to walk past our front door which was our main source of natural light we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time so it felt very much like a airport hotel. The other two rooms were fine but ours was substandard

The view of the lake from our cabin was beautiful, that, coupled with an array of wildlife and relics on the property was outstanding. I think my wife and I spotted an African monitor lizard on our first day. The property was nicely secluded and provided plenty of privacy and peace.
Lovely staff and lovely surroundings. Lovely grounds. Good food and if you are lucky you get to see wild life! In town there is nothing really, whereas this place is easy to find and secure and very comportable. Love the huts.

Booking was a breeze all thanks to the precise instructions emailed prior. The location is perfect for a change of scenery that isn't too far from the city, we could still order takeaways so very convenient if that's a concern. The atmosphere is very outdoor, game reserve vibe as you're in beautiful wooden cabins with fast Wi-Fi, stacked DStv for UFC or UEFA and more. The room surpassed all expectations and has no negatives.
