For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
The pool area was nice and clean, clean towels were available.
The beds were new and clean and part of the renovation, as well as the sink area. The room also had a large TV.
The breakfast room had vegan soy milk and there were free chips and sodas from 5-6pm.
The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport and some few destinations towards downtown.
Our room on the second floor had a balcony and it was pleasant to use it.
A free city bus stop is right outside the hotel.
The room was very cute, there was a Keurig machine, the bed was comfortable and next to my room was a waffle house! Also they have a shuttle, drivers are very nice.
The shuttle is super easy, not very clear how to access it on the webpage or booking.com but once you call the hotel they send it for you. Nice and close to the airport. Great for what we needed - a bed for the night before moving on with our travels.
The staff are stars! The free shuttle is great! They picked me up at the airport and the next day took me to my rental car location. I stayed there on the way back again. They checked on me in the room to make sure everything was great, the staff is just so friendly and so nice it made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was my first time in Albuquerque.
I was very happy with the bed it was comfortable. The room was very clean. I'll definitely be staying again on my next visit.
