The location is amazing a few minutes walk to the front with many beaches to choose from. The lodge is equipped with everything you could need to make it “home from home”. Ian and Sue were excellent hosts, met us to talk us through everything when we arrived then on hand if we needed them. Fresh towels when we left ours on the line in the rain when out was very thoughtful. Thank you both - if we return to Newquay it will be with you.

The cottage was wonderful, full of surprises with all sorts of nibs and bobs and it made us feel at home. It was warm and snug and set on a farmlet which included goats, ducks, geese, chooks cows and a few dogs to boot. It was a very friendly and hospitable place.

Looking for a cabin?
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Very clean and cosy, easily accessible, modern bathroom and a big hot tub next to the cabin. Friendly hosts who made us feel very welcomed and at home. Fantastic breakfast options such as cereals, eggs, bread supplied inside the cabin. Really enjoyed the company of two happy ducks chilling out in a beautiful garden near by. :)

Everything! Kim & Richard were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them, and recommended places to eat nearby. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space, with fresh food for breakfast ~ eggs from their own chickens which roam the garden with the ducks. Would love to go again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet break.
