Really liked that the place is in a quiet area with parking right at the front gate.
Bed is really comfy and there's enough space in the kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast if needed.
Didn't get a chance to try out the jacuzzi as the weather was bad, though still appreciated the views of the loch through the window.

We absolutely loved staying at the Stac Polly lodge it was what we needed a peaceful break away, the views are beautiful from inside and outside the house we didn’t want to leave sadly 😕 we will be back after the new year!
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
A very well placed luxury chalet. The location overlooks Loch Inver to the south with Suilven and the peak of Stac Pollaidh visible. Spacious and the Strathan chalet has a hot tub (although we didn't use it on this stay). Highly recommended.
My boyfriend and I came for a couple of days and we were absulteky stunned at how beautiful the property was. The views from the big open livingroom window were outstanding. The hut tub at night time on a clear night you could just sit, relax and watch the stars!! We took a short drive to Achmelvich beach and wow what a place. Cold but it looked like we were in the Maldives lol! We were also lucky enough to see some deer from the window! My wee dog Leo love it also. Thanks so much for having us.
Perfect little cabin for a getaway break. Hot tub was spot on and didn’t take long to heat up at all ice maker was also a nice little touch that made the stay that bit better
The cabin has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. It’s so homely you don’t want to leave to go exploring! The bed is super comfortable and all the little touches just make it. We will be bad soon for another stay. We travelled up in stormy weather and the hot tub was just what was needed after a long drive!!
Excellent location to explore the area. Amazing views from the cabin windows. Lovely cosy cabin. Very quiet, private and secluded. Covered area to store bikes. DVD selection.
- location was beautiful, not in the sticks but not build up either.
- views were wonderful, the dock looks pretty at night.
- the facilities were nice, having a place to sit to watch t.v and have a meal without needing to be in bed.
- in cabins and huts you usually don’t have a separation between sleeping and eating ect, so it was nice to have that change from locations, even in a cabin. they were bigger than expected.
- the distance from the town, it was perfect, you are able to go for walks without it being a trek.
