Perfect location for Annecy. You are right in the main area for restaurants and to see the city. The Friday and Sunday am farmers' markets are right there and worth the time for getting food and some other items.
The rooms were spacious and confortable.
There was a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack less.
They even had some electrical adapters in the unit for devices that did not require a power converter.
Annecy is perfect location from which to see the region by car, just beautiful and interesting. Could spend a week at this location with car rental.
There was free parking space for our car rental. They make sure to contact in advance and meet up upon arrival.

Lovely views from the patio to the lake and mountains. The property was very clean and well appointed. The temperature increased as the week went on so it was good to sit in the shade and the house kept cooler when the shutters were kept closed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the produce ftom the garden and the tranquillity of the countryside.
