The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.

Really lovely property in ideal location. Quiet yet close to lake and minutes from Annecy. Chantelle and Marie are lovely and communication was perfect. Dog friendly as well. Definitely worth booking. We will be back!

We absolutely loved Chalet Ladroit! The chalet itself was amazing, the location was fabulous. The view waking up from the mater bedroom is something you only see on a Christmas card. Absolutely unbelievable! The Chalet is close to Thones village so everything you could need isn't far away.

Beautiful and quiet location, cosy chalet, the kitchen has a lot of supplies and there was enough toilet paper (not always the case) so (in hindsight) there was no need to bring many supplies other than some groceries. The communication with the owners was also very smooth.

Building (kind of chalet) with an individual entry as part of a larger area with similar buildings with some activities like pool, restaurant and others. Air-conditioned rooms, clean, kind of 4 star-ish place.
Lovely views from the patio to the lake and mountains. The property was very clean and well appointed. The temperature increased as the week went on so it was good to sit in the shade and the house kept cooler when the shutters were kept closed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the produce ftom the garden and the tranquillity of the countryside.
