Great facilities and convenient location. This is our return stay to this budget friendly hotel; we really appreciate the friendly staff, courtesy bus, breakfast and comfy beds! The 7-11 downstairs is an added bonus! We also enjoyed the local shopping mall and visiting the Naritasan Temple.

The hotel is located about a 3min walk from Urayasu train station with many eateries and convenient stores near by. A perfect location if you’re wanting to do the Disney parks & not wanting to spend the extra $$ to stay at the resorts. The room was spacious for Japanese standards and clean. Staff were very friendly upon check in & check out :)

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and available to assist which came in handy as non - Japanese speakers. The hotel shuttle also makes the airport transfers very convenient.

I’m eating this based on the fact it’s a two star hotel. Yes it’s not new, it feels abit like going back to the 70s, but it’s clean and convenient and very cheap. There’s a shuttle bus to the airport from the hotel for free and it’s very easy to find upon arrival to the airport. The food was good, lots of vending machine choices. Rooms are a little dated but they’re big and do exactly what you need.

The room, facilities and indoor onsen were extremely nice. Stuff was also very friendly and could speak English, which is good for people who doesn't speak Japanese. (But I could understand a little bit). The breakfast was delicious, but pricy tho. Also there's convenience store on 2nd floor, if you wish to buy something to eat. And shuttle bus to Narita Airport was very convenient. It took me around 20min to get there. I think I stay there next time I'm going to Japan.

We stayed at the Family Magic room and it was magical for my 3 kids! The room was spacious for our big family. They absolutely loved the bunk beds and the toiletries given. Hilton was very detailed in providing a small step stool for young kids to be able to reach the sink with it. The service staff was also friendly. The shuttle service to Maihama station was also prompt! So convenient to get to Disneyland and Maihama station where there is a mall with food and shops. We had a lovely stay!

This was my first stay in Japan and we had clean rooms, very friendly service, basic communication in English and a convenient shuttle bus from the airport. Breakfast was a mix of English, continental and some Japanese dishes. Many thanks.

The location is very convenient, especially if you arrive very late, or depart very early from Narita Airport. The facilities are really great and for a capsule hotel pretty quiet since it is well soundproved.

Friendly staff, good basic facilities (shower, hairdryer, toilets, WiFi, lockers, etc). Excellent location in the airport, very convenient. Very quiet, I couldn't hear people using the locker room from my capsule. Starbucks gift card for breakfast. Complimentary pyjamas, slippers, toothbrush and earplugs for the evening. Capsule mattress very comfy and capsule larger than expected. Nice open area directly outside the hotel.

Very conveniently located for an early morning flight. Nine Hours is located just across the road from Terminal 2 with a closed walkway to the terminal. Staff were extremely friendly and explained to me the process of staying in a capsule hotel. Capsule itself was very clean and quiet with good WiFi. Showers were busy in the morning (as is to be expected!) but they all worked well and seemed well-maintained.
