The place was only about 2 hours from the airport and only an hour walk from the Refugio in Parque Chicaque. It was a pleasant walk up an unmarked path, which took a bit of trial and error to find. There is a restaurant serving lunch at the Refugio.
The host family was very gracious. The landscape was beautiful at sunset.

Friendly hosts, a great level of comfort in the dome, a breakfast made with fresh local produce, a perfect romantic get away! There is a local restaurant within walking distance.
The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet area where you can hear the birds sing. Grounds are not very big but you have beautiful scenery and all the meals are catered so you don't have to leave the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We travelled with a 5 month baby, and they lent us a travel cot and kept things in the fridge for us. Overall a wonderful experience
A lovely place and the staff very friendly, the pool my favourite place. I travel alone so I book the hostel (the shared room) all very clean and comfortable for a very affordable price for people like me who like to travel the world at low cost. At the reception they helped me book a taxi to go to the bus terminal 10 of 10
Amazing site, beautiful dome tents, warm water jacuzi (at night), friendly people, great breakfast (not just eggs !). Best stay in a whole month of Colombia.
