Great place, great surroundings, very quiet. The capsule was such a great experience! So cool! Staff is very polite, they do a fantastic job.
The staff are incredibly awesome. They are so helpful and friendly. The hotel provided us electric fan which was very useful in summer. There is a small pantry on the 2nd floor (the microwave and kettle are available at any time!). The hotel also gave us capsule coffee every day.
It's close to Staubbachfall Wasserfall. And the host is very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage for free, and the self-check-in/check-out service was also very convenient.
It's a perfect place if you just want to spend a night to sleep at the budgeted cost. You'll get a room with bunk bed to sleep, the other services like kitchen, rest-room, shower etc. are shared. The location is also great as it's near to the Interlaken OST station. You'll get the nice view of Aare river tributary just outside the stay.

Really conveniently located right across from Interlaken West station. The room was the perfect temperature and well sound proofed - we couldn’t really hear the trains or traffic at all. Staff were also very friendly when checking us in and in the breakfast room. There was also a great spread for breakfast. Wifi connection was also pretty strong
The place we stayed in Interlaken was not only the most budget-friendly option available, but it was also conveniently located near Interlaken West station. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, offering discounts on attractions like Jungfraujoch and providing complimentary transportation within Interlaken during our stay. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi and well-equipped kitchen met all our needs. Additionally, we were grateful for the opportunity to store our luggage at the hotel both before and after our check-out.
Good value for money and convenient location in Interlaken, close to the train station and restaurants. Very friendly owner greeting everyone with a smile for breakfast, which was decent as far as hotel buffet breakfasts go, especially for a budget place like this. All the staff were very helpful too.
The breakfast was rich. An excellent full buffet (English and continental breakfast). The hotel is in an excellent location. The restaurant should offer simpler and cheaper menus, especially if it intends to accommodate families on a tight budget. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. However, it is clear that there is a lack of staff and that the owner is not present (a problem in many small and medium-sized hotels).
We had an amazing stay at this place. They have everything you need to make your stay in Interlaken budget friendly yet comfortable and convenient.
