Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.

The beds were bigger than other capsule hotels I've stayed in. The whole place is very clean and there's a large and comfortable common area on the 2nd floor with extra amenities like laundry and vending machines. The lockers were big enough to accommodate my large suitcase and rucksack.

Nice accomodation with friendly staff and good locstion. Self check-in/out was convenient. It's rather small but I guess that's normal for Japanese cities, however, good value for the price.

The drip coffee pod machine was great, only 100 yen for extras! The room was comfy and spacious (for Japan), and the quality of the stuff inside was pretty good. Conveniently located next to a train station with a large reception area. Staff was friendly and would open the door for me sometimes.

The room was modern and really big when compared to other hotels that we have stayed at in Japan. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Being less than 10 minutes walk from the station meant it was very convenient to travel around Sapporo. The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and western cuisine so there was something for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and the location was just around 10 mins walk from the centre of Susukino. The single bed rooms offer more comfort and privacy compared to capsule hotels and bunk beds.

We stayed at twin room at main building for 1 night in November 2023. Although the room was a bit dated, but clean and spacious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they arranged staffs helped us to carry our baggages up to the rooms. We enjoyed both the international breakfast and the traditional Japanese breakfast set The value to price is alright. It is conveniently located at the heart of Sapporo station, lot of shopping center and restaurants.

Convenient location. 5-10 mins walk to major shopping street with many eateries and shops and also near Nakajima Park. We rented a car during our trip from Nippon and the pick up location was 6-7 mins walk away. There’s a Lawson at the hotel lobby. Breakfast selection was also good with both Japanese and Western breakfast choices. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Room was big, for japanese standard. The hotel is close to the sapporo station so it's very convenient to do day trips. Love the shower area, it's huge.

A happy stay in this hotel with spacious room, great service from staff. They go out of the way to press the lift for us every time we come back. I feel they are keen to show warm hospitality to every guest. The location is not as convenient but they have free shuttle bus every hour to Sapporo station. Above all, the price we paid in late May was very budget friendly.

The location is excellent. The twin room we had is spacious enough for a Japanese hotel. There are free massage chairs, mangas and vending machines in the lounge area. The sento was nice and the ladies' (not sure about the men's) section has an outdoor jacuzzi too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
