Find the capsule hotels that appeal to you the most
Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
My stay at Marvel Hostel was a delightful experience overall. The hostel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with clean rooms and comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Yaser was friendly and helpful.
The facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
Overall, I would highly recommend Marvel Hostel for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and hospitable place to stay, with just a bit of planning needed regarding transportation."
This hotel rivals 7-star hotels and is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed
The cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfort was exceptional, with luxurious bedding. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. Breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. The value for money was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to Petra made visiting the ancient city easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
The room was spacious with very big and comfortable beds .
The staff was friendly and kind, especially during breakfast the supervisor always showed extra kind attentions for our 3 yo son.
The location, so close to the Petra Visitor Center, was very convenient.
Our room was quiet and clean.
Abdullah was very welcoming and accommodating. He drove us to Petra for free, helped us find cheap deals, and was very friendly. We had great chats. The breakfast included was quite good and the place is 15 minutes from Petra so it's quite convenient.
The price. This is cheapest budget option if you want to stay close to Petra. Although its close be prepared to climb few flight of stairs bcoz its on top of an apartment building. The "room" here means cubicle space like the Japanese hostel. The space, cubicle and toilets are clean, just not sure about the blanket bcoz its smelly.
Staff were amazing, hostel was really good value for
Money, Japanese style pods were fun and unique (though we wish we had a window room) snacks in the hoste were cheap and great location from petra site.
The owners who run this small hotel were really friendly and the location of the hotel was great. Just a 20 min walk to the visitors center in Petra. If you are on a low budget this is a great place to stay in. The location is good and there are also small rooms (capsules) for those wanting to experience an even cheaper room! The shared toilets were clean.
