The room was clean, but there were roaches in the shower room. The bathrooms were very old and not clean enough for my standards. The actual pods were okay, except my USB charging ports didn't work. I asked to move, but there weren't any other pods available. That was disappointing. Also, if your flight arrives late, you have to take a VERY crowded bus from the other terminals, which takes almost 25 minutes.

Super-cool to try out pod-sleeping. Convenient location in the airport. clean and quiet, with lots of amenities in the pod.
Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
Location in the centre (near all the shops and “attractions” - walkable distance or cheap taxi), breakfast was ok, not amazing but enough of it was good to be full, staff was friendly and helpful.
On a positive note, the staff's hospitality was exceptional—they were always friendly and eager to assist. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being near a mall, which made shopping and dining out easy.

The staff were genuinely friendly. The thoughtfully crafted artificial window view, compensating for the absence of a natural window, was a nice touch. Conveniently, the Cityplaza shopping mall is located right next to the hotel.
Also, I like the vending machines outside my room, and sitting area.
