Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.

The room was very clean, beds were comfy, went up on bank holiday weekend, and didn't hear much noise at all, only a 30min walk from the hippodrome, very friendly staff as well. Definitely recommend if you need a cheap place to stay :)

Friendly Atmosphere, a convenient location (very short walk from the coach station and then opposite side was a shopping centre) and considering the prime location and the quality of amenities, the pricing was reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option for concert-goers and travellers alike.

Very convenient location, lovely friendly staff, a great shower (despite being in a strange pod thing in the room!) and very comfy beds. We had a quite room at the back and slept well. It was crazy hot weather outside but the climate control system worked brilliantly and it was ice and cool in the room.

Good location. Right by the park and ride stop, which was very convenient and much cheaper and better than paying the onsite parking fee. Breakfast very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean but felt very basic.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is capsule type which is very clean, water pressure is great! It's situated beside the Nation Railway Temple Mead, Bristol. Walking distant to Old Market is about 10 mins, and 16 mins to Cabot Circus. 3 mins walk to Sainsbury's Local (convenient shop). They serve nice breakfast, guests are given welcome drinks at their bar. The staff are very friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was very convenient since it was opposite the hippodrome.
