Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
Really cool concept with the capsules, the property was very clean and the pods had great facilities like usb chargers, AC, mirrors and lighting effects.
The bathroom was spacious and clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location was great, very close to a lot of sights, shops, restaurants and bars!
Very well organized. The hostel's location is very convenient, especially if you're catching an early flight. The staff were welcoming, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay for a night, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. Overall, this hostel is ideal for travelers using Madrid Airport who are looking for a budget-friendly option. Highly recommend!
Very cool futuristic space like capsule hotel. Great value for your money, and the capsule I was in was clean, comfortable and had all the features I wanted. Way better than a regular hostel as the pods have locking doors.
Great location and very nice and helpful staff.
Was a convenient cheap option for a one night stay. Staff were nice and helpful. Wouldn't want to stay here for longer unless you're really on a budget...and it is a bit out of the way compared to more central hostels.
Communal space was clean and bright. The capsule itself was clean and everything functioned well (lockers, lights and tv in the capsule, etc.). I like the added privacy of the capsule over a hostel bunk bed. Great location and friendly staff.
Very nice capsule hotel room, the stuff super friendly and they were willing to do early check in. The whole experience of the capsule was great, comfortable beds, quiet environment, toilets were ok, super good location.
I mean you get what you pay for. Great location and very friendly staff. Not a lot of chaos or noise. It's great if you're looking for cheap accommodation in the city center and close to the metro, that gets you everywhere. Also, I would recommend going with friends or at least other people, even if we were in the female-only bedroom.
Extremely convenient, right on Gran Via, in the heart of actions, friendly helpful staffs, good value for money. Yes, it is a bit older, but it does the job to keep you there, decent wifi, ask for a room at the back, not facing Gran Via.lots of restaurants at the door steps, lots of choices of different kind and budgets.
