Featuring garden views, Mount Cook Station Shearers Quarters Lodge in Lake Tekapo features accommodation, a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the campground free of charge. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and river. It’s in the middle of nowhere but the road to there is AMAZING. So it is just a perfect stay. End of story. Thanks to the host for the wonderful experience. Absolutely recommned.
Queenstown

During your time staying in this recently renovated campground, dating back to 1966, you will have access to free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 4.6 km from Queenstown Event Centre. Everything was perfect. The bus was much quieter and peaceful than any hotel I ever stayed in. It was a wonderful experience. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Situated in Takaka, Golden Bay Glamping provides accommodation with seating area. This campground features free private parking and luggage storage space. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and river. Absolute gem of a spot, hidden amongst native Bush to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Very close to town incase you want to nip out for something or have a look around.
Takaka
Set in Takaka in the Tasman region, Alpacas Off Grid - House Truck offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The property features mountain and garden views. Outdoor seating is also available at the campground. Nat was a great host! Very welcoming, helping us navigate the property. She gave us all the instructions needed to have an excellent stay, and even let us help train the alpacas in the morning. The location was private and peaceful at night. It was like we were alone under the stars. We will never forget our time at Nat’s house truck.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves on the beach and the sunset!
Kitchen was usually very clean. Location was perfect, right on the beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms and showers.

Haast Beach Motel was functional and spacious. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were also free snacks which were appreciated. Our room was only a one minute walk away from a fabulous beach - It was great hearing the crashing waves at night. There is not much accommodation in the area and we were perfectly happy staying here.
Very close to the beach with a park and an impressive sea wall. lots of cafes. The older style of the house means the rooms are really spaceous and even the hallway feels open and big. The kids and hubby loved having a homely house to stay in rather than pokey hotel unit. very clean, heaters in every room and the owner very kindly posted some things back to us that we had left there :)

Such good value for money. Very comfortable. Very clean. We were only here for one night and arrived late. We really wished we could have stayed longer and checked out the beaches and the glow worms. Next time!
Great facilities for campers, very clean bathrooms. We had a cottage with no bathroom facilities and had to use the campground bathrooms. They were very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable in the cottage. It was good value for money.
