Situated in Oppdal in the Sør-Trøndelag region, Vekve Hyttetun features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Second time I stayed at Vekve Hyttetun. Once again it was an excellent base to explore Dovrefell national park. Oppdal is only 25mins away from Kongsvol train station where you can hike to the DNT hut Reinheim or search around for Musk Ox to photograph. Friendly owner and the cabins are super comfortable and warm.

Featuring an open-air bath, terrace and views of lake, Lesjaskogsvatnet Camping is located in Lesjaskog, 27 km from Kylling Bridge and Vermafossen waterfall. A nice and clean apartment, with parking right next to the entrance. The bathroom was nice, with a good shower. The kitchen was pretty big. A lake was nearby, with a good entrance to it. Even the nearby railway didn't cause sound disturbance.

Granmo Camping is scenically situated in Oppdal, right by Dovrefjell National Park. Facilities include a mini-market and, a snack bar and a shared kitchen. All over nice. Family friendly.
