We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and huge. The bathroom was nice and we had a really nice comfortable big bed after a very long flight. it was a perfect start to our trip and also we stayed at the end of our trip. And the breakfast was really good, I am still thinking about it
I really loved this place - my Namibian home away from home. This was my second stay at this very clean, quiet and very comfortable place. The hosts are amazing and made me feel very welcome. Thanks so much!!!
Staff were very friendly and Efficient. Room service was good and vert quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with WiFi in Windhoek but the hotel did advise us and gave us multiple options to link to and I did manage to get my work done.
Lovely place to stay - very much glamping than camping. All the catering equipment as listed to make the most of the kitchen area. Beautiful views from the big patio - vey spacious tents.
Very clean, spacious and comfortable. A good change after camping.
The rooms lookout onto the desert plains with window walls for excellent viewing of the wildlife (if you’re lucky). Rooms were very clean and had no annoying lights from appliances - a lovely change! If you opt for the dinner then you are able to watch the most spectacular sunset. Excellent variety of food for vegetarians and delicious! Extremely friendly staff. A short drive to the petrol station and convenience store to stock up on snacks for the rest of your road trip.
The staff was really friendly and very accommodating to our special needs (we had small children and a camping fridge). The springboks cruising around the lodge were the real highlight for us and the kids, as were the ostriches and tortoises. The pool was very clean and the restaurant has a beautiful setting.
We stayed at the campsite and had a great stay. Very friendly staff. Campers are allowed to use the pool/bar/restaurant which was a great convenience and perfect mix with camping at the lonely campsite.
The camp is a great first stop if you've just arrived in Windhoek (or are waiting for your flight the next day). The food and beers at the restaurant are awesome, the place is friendly, and it has the kind of vibe that locals also go there to drink/eat. Camping-wise, each camp spot is well equipped and the shower/toilet facilities are excellent. Oh and the campsite has an ATM, which was really handy. We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our trip.
The tent was very clean and nicely done. Restaurant had a great atmosphere and the staff was also great and welcoming. It is generally a lovely camp site
