Leopard Trails Wilpattu

Wilpattu

Get up close with wildlife and nature at Leopard Trails Wilpattu, a campsite with tents offering a private bathroom. Breakfast is included for guests during their stay and airport shuttle services can be arranged at a surcharge. Incredible property, clean and luxurious tents, incredible food, very knowledgeable guides. I highly recommend. Do remember to budget for a game ride($70pp), it's a must see/do.

Wild Wadi Wilpattu

Wilpattu

Offering barbecue, Wild Wadi Wilpattu is set 2.5 km from the Wilpattu National Park (second entrance) and 13 km from Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site.

The accommodation is air conditioned and is fitted with a seating and dining area. There is a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries in each unit. We had a very nice stay at wild Wadi Wilpattu, Manori helped us to book transport for a good price, she organize a safari in wilpattu, even though the guide wasn't very informative, we had a nice day in the park, and saw a lot of birds and animals. We had a evening boat trip in the lagoon, saw 2 old baobab trees, but only few birds, but a nice sundown. Manori drove us to our next destination, we had nuts, curd and juice from king coconut on the way, and she was very nice and informative, the price for the tour was very fair.
